Inside the Tennis Elbow Academy: How a Small Community Can Create Big Healing Wins

When you’re in pain, it’s easy to feel alone.

You might be the only one in your friend group who can’t pick up a coffee mug without wincing, the only one at work who dreads typing, or the only player at your club who quietly slips off court because your elbow just won’t cope.

That’s exactly why I created the Tennis Elbow Academy—and why our live Q&A calls and online community matter so much.

A Monthly Space That’s Just for You

In the Academy, we meet once a month on Zoom for a live Q&A call. It’s your chance to bring your real-time questions, worries, wins, and “Is this normal?” moments.

The key point is: this call exists so you can get answers. If you’re not sure how something works, or if something doesn't make sense, I want you to ask.

Why Founding Members Have a Huge Advantage

Right now, the Academy is small.

That means two big things for you:

  1. You have a lot of access to me. You can ask detailed questions, we can troubleshoot your exact situation, and we have time to dig into nuances like nerves versus tendons, fasting, DOMS, or gym programming.

  2. You get to shape the content. Every time you say, “I’m struggling with this,” or “I wish I understood that better,” it gives me a clear roadmap for what to create next—new videos, bonus sessions, and deep-dive trainings.

I’m not building a rigid, one-size-fits-all library. I’m building a living resource based on what you actually need.

Using the Skool Platform to Stay Connected

Between calls, the Skool platform is our hub.

  • You can check the calendar to see when the next Q&A or special session is.

  • You can post questions—because if you’re thinking it, someone else either is, or will be.

  • You can share wins, which is incredibly motivating both for you and the rest of the group.

Use the Community space. Use me. Use each other. You joined for support—take full advantage of it.

Empowered Relief: A Bonus for Chronic Pain

Many Academy members have had pain for longer than three months, which puts them in the chronic pain category. For that reason, I also offer a monthly Empowered Relief class.

Empowered Relief is a two-hour, live class developed by pain psychology doctors at Stanford. It’s not elbow-specific; it’s about chronic pain more broadly—how your brain processes it, and what you can do to turn the volume down.

I’m allowed to deliver it live but not record it. That’s why you don’t see a replay in the Academy. But if you’re able to join, you’re more than welcome—even if you’ve attended before. The principles are powerful and worth revisiting.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

The most important message I want you to hear is this:

You do not have to solve tennis elbow alone in your head at 2am.

You have a place to bring your questions. You have a community that understands. And you have a coach who is constantly learning, refining, and building resources around what you actually need.

You’re shaping the future of the Tennis Elbow Academy.
