  • Emma shares her Personal Story for how she found out her life’s career passion in Physical Therapy at age 13.

  • She discusses what Golfer’s Elbow, and Tennis Elbow are – and how they differ.

  • Emma talks about some of the Most Common Mistakes that people make about Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow.

  • She describes 4 Important Phases of Treatment – Self-Help Strategies, Normalizing the Soft Tissues, Strengthening, and Endurance and Function.

  • Emma shares what she has found to be the appropriate use of Heat and Ice in her Phase 1 Self-Help Strategies (you might be surprised!).

  • Many of Emma’s exercises are not “direct” elbow exercises. She shares some some simple and effective exercises – including what she believes is the Best Core Exercise we can do!
